The Restaurant Group

Etec Associates have recently completed the Client Monitoring role on behalf of The Restaurant Group for the refurbishment of their existing offices.

The Restaurant Group offices, located in Borough, London, are located over five floors of office space above a TRG owned restaurant at Ground and Basement levels.  The project saw the removal of the restaurant to create more office, meeting room and breakout space for TRG.  The project was carried out in five phases, allowing TRG to remain in occupation throughout the works.  All new M&E services were provided throughout including new VRF heating and cooling systems, new AHUs for enhanced fresh air and new LED lighting and lighting control.

• Complete “top to bottom” refurbishment within an occupied building
• Removal of existing self contained restaurant to create new meeting areas and staff breakout space
• New VRF cooling and heating system
• New BMS head end for direct tenant a/c control
• New staff breakout area
• High spec client meeting suite
