This site, of a former North London Post Office sorting office in the London Borough of Islington, has been developed to create 371 apartments, to be known as Islington Square.

The complex will consist of a mixture of market, affordable and serviced apartments and will include a pavement café style boulevard and two retail malls.

Other facilities include a Health Club by Third Space, The Lounge by Odeon Luxury Cinema and a Theatre are to be provided within the development along with B1 commercial units.

Etec are employed by Gloster MEP as part of their design team to develop the scheme from Stage 3 design to construction.
