Craft – Restaurant and Bar, Greenwich Peninsula

Craft is a restaurant and bar in The Hubs at Greenwich Peninsula, created by Chef Stevie Parle.

Etec Associates were employed by Knight Dragon as MEPH Consultant for the design of the MEPH services, which included lighting design to both the restaurant and bar in coordination with the interior designer, Design Research Studio.  The project was spread across two floors, with the champagne bar on the top floor enjoying views of the O2 and surrounding recreational space at North Greenwich.  The restaurant also enjoyed similar views with an open kitchen to the restaurant seating area, complete with “Inferno” open fire grill.
