Refurbishment of an existing bar/restaurant into a trendy and modern fish restaurant in the heart of St Helier, Jersey.

The Crab Shack is a new fish restaurant in the heart of St Helier, Jersey.  The restaurant, a refurbishment of an old bar, has an all-electric kitchen at first floor, with restaurant seating area at ground floor.  The restaurant area design is for an “exposed services” look using VRF fan coil units and flat oval ductwork.

The kitchen extract hood was built on site, due to the limited access, and incorporates UV filters and an ozone injection system to remove smells in the exhaust duct due to the built up nature of the area.
