Apple Office Fit Out

20,000 sq/ft, fast paced, Cat B fit out within an existing occupied building for Apple.

Etec Associates was appointed as MEPH Consultant for this fast paced fit out within Argyll Street, London.  The project involved extensive modifications to existing M&E systems which were generally retained throughout the space.  The existing floor void ventilation system was retained with downflow A/C units relocated as necessary.  New lighting was provided throughout which included feature lighting to the double height office space area.
