100 Liverpool Street
Etec Associates undertook the fit out design of the MPH services of level 10 at 100 Liverpool Street, taking a newly completed Cat A space to form the new London Headquarters of the end user, an American Financial Company.
The floor space consisted of 120 trader desk positions complete with IT support desks, meeting rooms, games areas, quiet spaces, break out areas and an external terrace.
All new M&E services were provided from the main risers and installed as “exposed” with no or limited suspended ceilings. A new central Comms room was provided complete with IT build room and a multi purpose fitness room.
A bar and dining space is provided at the south end of the office with direct access to the large external terrace.
