Our Services

At Etec Associates we offer a range of services, from Fully Detailed Design, to Client Monitoring roles, to Technical Due Diligence Surveys, to Validation Management. In addition, we can produce any designs in 3D using Revit and BIM.

Because of this we also provide Scheme Design and Design & Build services. In fact, because of our strength at Fully Detailed Design, we feel our Scheme Design service adds more value for money to the conventional trend, helping to add some of the benefits of a fully detailed design service. We also follow this through with a comprehensive monitoring role for the client where we scrutinise the Contractors Proposals, ensuring that the Employers Requirements are fully met.  In addition we monitor site progress and quality, and witness final testing and commissioning.
