Etec Associates are pleased to see the completion of Level 33 at Citypoint, London.
Citypoint is an iconic London office development with unrivalled views across the London skyline. Etec Associates were employed as the Client MEPH Consultant to design the services for this 15,000 sq/ft Cat B fit out. The space included an all new 4 pipe fan coil unit system, complete new LED lighting system and lighting control, client facing meeting suite and new N+1 Comms Room. The project team included CBRE, BW and Orbit Architects.
