Etec Associates Return to City Point Tower
Etec are pleased to be back working with CBRE, Orbit Achitects and BW Workplace Experts at City Point Tower. The client, an existing tenant in the building on several floors, is looking to expand into another adjacent floor. The works will involve the Cat B fit out of approximately 15,000 sq/ft of office space, meeting rooms, phone booths, showers, tea point and Comms Room. The “Bull Nose” end to the building provides the perfect location for client meeting space, and with views like these why wold you put your meeting rooms anywhere else!
