When the award winning Danesfield House Hotel and Spa announced their expansion plans, Etec Associates were only too pleased to be a part of the Design Team.
Phase One of the project involves the refurbishment of 24 existing bedrooms to create 16 new suites at this luxury hotel, which is part of the “Small Luxury Hotels of The World” chain. All new services will be required, including underfloor heating, new low energy lighting, extending the existing fire alarm system, provision of new hot & cold water services and new AV/TV systems. The first phase is part of an overall expansion strategy that will see the hotel expand to nearly double in size.
