Brunel Building

Cat B fit out of levels 14 & 15 within the iconic Brunel Building , Paddington.

The Clients brief was for a unique, high specification space, outside of the normal look and feel of a conventional office.  The existing MEPH systems were retained and modified to suit the new fit out requirements.  Individual FCU control was provided throughout each room, with specific emphasis on quiet operation of the cooling and heating systems. New Comms rooms were provided on each floor, together with a gym, café, wellness room, sleep pods, pantry and executive boardroom.

• Integrated “Power Drawers” to meeting room tables
• Feature lighting provided throughout with a new Lutron lighting control system
• New Comms Room with UPS and dedicated cooling
• New underfloor power distribution system, which required careful coordination of containment and routes within the inaccessible floor void.
