11,000 sq/ft Cat B fit out within No. 1 New Burlington Place, London a new development on Regent Street by Crown Estates.
Etec were employed by a hedge fund manager to fit out level 3 as their new London Head Offices. The space included a trader floor with 70 desk positions, on site Data Centre, client facing meeting suite, and staff breakout/restaurant area. The Cat A 4 pipe fan coil unit system was enhanced to provide the necessary cooling to the trader floor area, and also for the office cellularisation and meeting room areas. Dedicated 24/7 N+1 cooling was provided to the new data centre and in addition dedicated 24/7 cooling/heating was also provided to the IT Build Room. The existing house sprinkler system was replaced with a pre-action sprinkler set to the data centre, with modifications made to the rest of the system.
