Belstaff Clothing New Bond Street

Following on from the completion of levels 2 and 3 at New Bond Street, Etec Associates were again employed directly by Belstaff for the fit out on level 4.

The space was designed and fitted out as a showroom/retail area.  As for levels 2 and 3 the existing building Cat A Shell & Core services were extended into the space which included new supply and extract air ductwork, new fan coil units, new lighting, new small power and extension of the building fire alarm system.  The air conditioning system was completely hidden throughout the space, using concealed line slot diffusers from the ducted fan coil units.  A complete new suspended lighting installation was provided throughout the space to complement the retail outlet look of the space.

• Cat B fit out to level 4 for Belstaff retail use
• Existing Shell & Core services extended for all MEPH services
• New lighting and lighting control throughout incorporating presence detection and scene setting control.
• Existing fire alarm and security systems extended throughout the space.
• Completely concealed air conditioning system
