Refurbishment of existing workspace to provide new co-working facilities

Etec Associates were pleased to be appointed for the next phase of this project, continuing a relationship with the Client.  The project involved refurbishment of existing office space to provide new modern “exposed services” offices.  VRF fan coil units were provided for cooling and heating, together with all-LED lighting, access control, CCTV and an addressable fire alarm system.
