Etec are pleased to announce the completion of the Cat B fit out of 10,000 sq/ft of high end office space for an American financial company, at the newly completed 78 St James Street in Mayfair.  The office space included Client Meeting Suite, Comms Room, café/bar and terrace area, overlooking St James Park.
