Etec Associates were employed as MEPH Consultant as part of the Design & Build contract to take the design from Stage 3 through to Construction. This £100M development is located above Swiss Cottage Underground Station and comprises two separate 24 storey and 6 storey tower blocks with a combined basement. The development consists of 184 apartments including high end private rental, affordable housing with Reception area, Meeting rooms, 24th floor amenity space, winter gardens, roof terraces and roof gardens, a Community Centre for local use as well as Ground floor Retail units with a supermarket and Cafe terraces overlooking an adjoining park.

The project consists of;

  • Gas fired Boilers, CHP, Central Heating Mains to Apartment Heat Interface Units
  • Low height Packaged Chillers to meet planning requirements
  • Apartment Cooling to Living & Bedrooms via 4 pipe Fan Coil Unit System
  • Integrated Fire Systems including Apartment Sprinklers, Wet & Dry Risers & Staircase Pressurisation system
  • SBEM Model, BRUKL, SAP Calcs & Part L Compliance
  • Retail Unit Fit out Design
  • Standby backup generator
