Jersey Telecom

The Interchange at Croydon has recently been completely refurbished and Jersey Telecom were one of the first tenants to move in as part of their relocation from City of London.

Etec Associates were employed as MEPH Consultant for the project which was to be let as a Design & Build contract.  The Cat A services were modified and supplemented to suit the needs of Jersey Telecom, which included new open plan office space, meeting rooms, tea point and break out space, new Comms Room and staging room.  The existing building heating, cooling and ventilation systems were adapted and supplemented to achieve this brief.

  • Cat B fit out to the ground floor together with new basement Comms Room
  • N+1 Cooling to Comms Room
  • Existing basebuild VRV system modified
  • Existing lighting and lighting control modified throughout incorporating adaptions to the presence detection, daylight dimming and scene setting control.
  • Existing fire alarm and security systems extended throughout the space.
