Belstaff Clothing, New Bond Street, Levels 2 & 3

Etec Associates were employed directly by Belstaff to act as MEPH Consultant for the fit out of levels 2 and 3 above their Flagship store on New Bond Street. Belstaff had leased the entire building where the ground floor was the main retail unit with levels 2 to 4 intended as office space. New open plan office space was provided together with meeting rooms, breakout space, WCs, tea points, reception area and client interface zone. The existing building Cat A Shell & Core services were modified to suit the new space plans, which included new supply and extract air ductwork, new fan coil units, new lighting, new small power and extension of the building fire alarm system

  • Cat B fit out to levels 2 and 3 for Belstaff office space.
  • Existing shell & Core services extended for all MEPH services.
  • New lighting and lighting control throughout incorporating presence detection and scene setting control.
